In hybrid owners’ mindset, the full sized pickup truck symbolizes all that is wrong with the American automobile: overpowered, big, and consume more of fuel. However, in reality pickups are hugely popular—commonly because a lot of American drivers need the towing and hauling capacities of a hybrid pickup truck.

The Toyota A-BAT is a 4-seat hybrid pickup trucks with a 4-foot rear bed and roof mounted solar panels to charge its onboard accessories. This hybrid pickup might appeal to all those other pickup drivers who rarely load lumber, but want spaciousness, sleek styling, versatility, and best in fuel efficiency.

An entirely new generation of hybrid pickup trucks is in the works. GMC Sierra Hybrid and Chevrolet Silverado Hybrid (version 2) hit showrooms as 2009 hybrid pickup models. The two-mode hybrid system going into hybrid pickup trucks increases fuel efficiency by 25 percent to 20 in highway and 18 in the city—far from Toyota Prius territory, but highly regarded for a 3-ton truck with a 6.0L V8 power plant under the hood.

Same with GM hybrid pickup trucks, Dodge Ram Hybrid will use the same two-mode power train, and is predicted to get roughly the same fuel economy. And in recent times, many auto companies have begun exploring the potential for a “lifestyle” hybrid pickup: a smaller and more fuel efficient hybrid pickup truck that provides a vehicle-like ride combined with modest hauling and towing capabilities.

Nowadays people have a huge concern about the environment. Among the efforts made in the preservation of the natural world interest in particular has been awaken in so far as saving the Earth’s energy sources and global warming effects are concerned. Therefore engineers, scientists, and automobile manufacturers have come together to create green vehicles or at least to adjust the existing one to become more eco-friendly and fuel efficiency.

And a hybrid vehicle becomes one of the most important to save our environment. They success create more varied of hybrid vehicles, and hybrid pickup trucks is taken an important part in this field. Why hybrid pickups are taken an important part and we should make hybrid pickups as the object of our interest? Well, as you know, if the trucks absence, all of goods transportation would be paralyzed. The hybrid pickup trucks – as the big vehicles – are huge fuel drinkers and the industry of transportation is equally vast.

Nowadays the awareness of preserving the environment is superior than ten years ago, and hybrid pickups follow exactly this line of thought – more respect for resources is obvious in their exploitation. Apparently, in the vehicle industry, hybrid pickups represent one of the most popular hybrid items. Consumers are like to apply technical achievements in their fields of activity. But hybrid pickups are not the only ones – fuel flex pickups freight trucks, hybrid electric, and lots of other models – get the attention of users and dominate the market too. All in all, hybrid pickups are the vehicles of the future. In fact, a couple of hybrid pickup trucks have been launched in 2008, and will continue to come in 2009 and 2010.

And now, hybrid pickups become more and more popular. Many of automobile manufacturers see this opportunity and involved in this adjusting process, they have already come up with different types and models of hybrid pickups even if they are not the full versions, we are all interested in and willing to have available. Toyota, Dodge, Chevy, GMC, Eaton, Kenworth, and International Truck Engine have suggested some mild version of hybrid pickups. An advantage of hybrid pickups is the considerable lowering of the noise level besides the energy saving benefits. Hybrid pickup trucks are cleaner, safer, and silent to use: all you need to do is get the idea of an investment and get to work!

There’s a decidedly European influence in the Malibu Hybrid new version. That makes 2009 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid takes on a much sportier and refined look than the previous generation of this Chevy car and more European than anything else in a Chevrolet showroom

The 2009 Chevrolet Malibu 4 doors have a taut and uplevel design and sophisticated shape that rival both the Nissan Altima and Toyota Camry. It is not as performance oriented as the Nissan Altima, and not as conservative looking as the Toyota Camry. For example, the Chevrolet Malibu’s short rear deck profile and round taillights loosely echo the iconic Chevy Corvette.

General Motor’s new 2-tiered grille is flanked by large jeweled headlamps – upfront. Its entire front fascia very much resembles that of the Saturn Aura.

The 2009 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid grants a premium look that is often seen on more luxurious with brightwork around the side windows. The 2009 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid exterior rides atop 16 inch, 17 inch, or 18 inch aluminum wheels.

Overall, the 2009 Chevrolet Malibu exterior is bold, elegant lines and a crisp, attractive sheet metal taut proportions, looks masculine, brawny, modern, and many more. The best overall design since Ed Welburn as the top design in General Motor.

The 2012 Chevy Sonic substituted the poorly obtained Chevy Aveo in the Chevrolet lineup, and it is supposed to be considered a significant improvement within the subcompact car segment, both in terms of gas mileage as well as overall high quality. But as Green Car Reports show in this month, the Chevy Sonic really achieve inferior fuel economy to Chevrolet’s larger Chevy Cruze Eco compact, which receives 42 miles per gallon on the highway and 33 miles per gallon overall standing.

The pricing for the Chevy Cruze Eco and the Chevy Sonic turbo model is also equivalent, with the 2012 Chevy Sonic hatchback starting at $ 18,130, just a couple of hundred dollars lower than the Cruze Eco at $ 18,425. The non-hatchback Chevy Sonic sedan can be somewhat less expensive, being released at $17,235.

For Chevrolet consumers considering their small, fuel economy gas vehicle options, the options between your Chevy Sonic and Chevrolet Cruze won’t be all that stark. Each autos are in the same way priced and gives comparable gas mileage, with the primary arguments for the 2012 Chevy Sonic being which it is available in a new hatchback version, or perhaps, regarding to drivers not really concerned with losing slightly space, the sedan measures a rebate of approximately $1,200 when compared to Chevy Cruze

Chevrolet Cruze Diesel compact sedan will be available in US and Canada in 2013. They’re gaining momentum in the United States, therefore the car will be manufactured in North America. And General Motors, the giant U.S. car manufacturers to take immediate initiative to assemble the Chevrolet Cruze Diesel to complete the line-up of the Chevrolet Cruze in 2013.

General Motor was initially reluctant to sell the cars in the American market – the Chevrolet Cruze Diesel was offered in Asia and Europe, but this is changing with increasing interest will of the community sector to the Cruze Diesel. Therefore, a spokesman from General Motors stated, “If market demand requires it in the United States, we could move quickly on it.” And apparently, the time has come.

Chevrolet Cruze Diesel for 2013

Today Chevrolet Cruze has become a big hit for General Motors this year. Total sales in June at the American automotive market reached 24,896 units – the best of country selling compact for the second consecutive month – a record even the average selling Chevrolet Cruze last five months reached 20 thousand units.

According to another source, Cruze Diesel will join with the Cruze Eco – Chevrolet Cruze Eco is also very successful in accounting for more than 20 percent of total sales. Using standard 6 speed transmission, Diesel Cruzes believed to be scored big hits in the United States. This is similar to the statement of Allen Schaeffer, Executive Director Diesel Technology Forum, which states, “General Motors has become a global leader in diesel engine technology and this announcement is great news for American consumers. We can predict the Cruze Diesel will score big hits in the U.S.”

Many people are optimistic with the development of the Chevrolet Cruze Diesel. It is not spared by the performance of which is the vehicle Cruze Eco – the most fuel-efficient of gas-powered/non-hybrid vehicles, with EPA average 42mpg on the highway. And when Eco merging with a turbocharged diesel engine, they will create a more efficient vehicle, more power, or some combination of both. Predicted Diesel Chevrolet Cruze will offer 50 mpg on the highway.

In my opinion, the Chevrolet Cruze Diesel will be the first American-made diesel cars in the 21st century, and this car will be scored big hits in the U.S. automotive market, if Chevrolet could provide best MPG with additional cost is not too expensive. How would it? We’ll see.

In 2005, General Motors launch hybrid version of the GMC Sierra and Chevy Silverado in Florida, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, California, and Alaska. In 2006 GM company made the autos available in world wide. With engines V8 and 5.3 l make these chevy hybrid truck have the same amount of torque and power like non-hybrid counterparts.

Chevy hybrid truck can carry the same size loads and tow the same weights like standard conventional Chevy hybrid truck can. Beside that, Chevy hybrid truck also providing the most efficient gas mileage in trucks category and very recommend on the market, it is like about 20 mpg on the road. They have a 2400 watt generator that will gets 50 mpg, 20 mpg doesn’t sound like much.

This hybrid trucks are great vehicle, especially with it fuel savings systems, but should require a significant tolerance of power that the commonly trucks owner simply will not stand for. Work-related goals have a lot of truck owners use Chevy hybrid truck and it is an important that a hybrid truck can do this.

I think all of fans and users will be disappear, if automobile manufactures sacrifice power to get fuel efficient in Chevy hybrid truck. Such as Chevy Silverado, in the autumn 2008, this hybrid truck should be launched and availalbe, but in limited production. They will make their mass production debuted in 2009, so all of chevy hybrid truck fan will be available to bring it to our house. That will be a great for the our environment when the gas guzzlers become as fuel efficient vehicles.

Chevy hybrid truck and the environment

Global warming and greenhouse effect become more significant and increasing obvious that soon or later something must be done with fossil fuel emissions in billion tons per year. Many researcher and scientist try to find alternative sources of fuel but there simply was nothing as convenient as the old stand by oil.

Can you imagine or think of car without thinking about gas oil? United States will give you the answer with its Chevy hybrid trucks. Maybe some people would say that this vehicle is too expensive, but if we count the fuel savings, you will get the compensations.

And according the Chevy hybrid truck technology to increase the cost of these cars must be reducing, so we will keep the future more brighter and much less smog for the next generation of Earthlings.

How long a Chevrolet Volt at local dealers in the world? And if not California, about which will be offered first? Those are several questions which are used to be asked.

A number of brands and situations can prevent the success of the Chevrolet Volt car especially expensive brands. But until this moment there is no problem. Until a single car to the consumer, GM will win big. This will make the company back into talks in automotive circles about the environment, energy policy difference about the national car tech.

Chevrolet Volt fans force GM to compete with Toyota. This was done to accelerate plug-in from the Toyota Prius. Chevrolet Volt would look perfect if energy security, climate change and energy security rise in public awareness. Even now, these volt car enthusiasts can only say that it was not fast enough here.

At the beginning, from the Chevrolet Volt concept is praised for excellence in the field of technology. Not to mention GM’s concept Camaro known as electricity. This makes a lot of cynicism. In the early years 2007film Who Killed Electric Car still rings in our ears. The Chevrolet Volt commentators say that it was nothing more than public relations exercises. GM also has no real value to make calm high fuel economy values. Skeptic attitude like that has faded over time. This is one of GM’s public relations efforts in monitoring the development of the Chevrolet Volt, the technical challenges, and schedule. They brought reporters to the lab to monitor developments. They allowed them to interview executives. They visited the test facility. They monitor the process of styling Mockups. GM has repeatedly done this executive. This is their major project.

The most important part of the Chevrolet Volt is a lithium ion battery. This is different from Tesla Roadster uses the phone battery in a package with commodities for 6831 and 250 volts is provided by LG Chem of Korea by using the cells larger cells.

Chevrolet Volt will be sold around the month of November if all goes according to plan. Talking about the price, there are a lot of debates. Prices may be around 40,000 dollars is due to batteries price rises. 7500 dollars for a federal tax credit will be accepted by consumers. This is to offset the cost. But there is no question that the Chevrolet Volt is much cheaper than other types of vehicles in the same capacity and size. GM will lose money every sell Volt even with the tax credit. In the first year, GM will provide approximately 10,000 Volt cars in the next year and 60,000.

Chevrolet Volt can be said as a series hybrid. This is different from the parallel hybrid. One example is Prius cars. This car uses electronic control units continuously and moves from machine to a battery of about 1kWh much smaller. Most Prius cars get power from the engine, while the Chevrolet Volt uses electricity and a backup machine. The battery in the Prius works to save energy braking, accelerating the speed and low speed provides very little electricity.

Chevrolet Volt will be sold around the month of November 2010. Gm had spent for the vision requirement if the battery is ready. Chevrolet volt car so will be the first series of hybrids that can be sold anywhere in the world.

Why Chevrolet Volt driving distance of 40 miles? That’s because most Americans are driving less than 40 miles per day. They will never use gasoline as fuel for their cars every night when their car with an electric rechargeable. Price each refill is different depending on local electricity rates. Every 40 miles or less charged 1 dollar.

Chevrolet Volt has a feature on board. On board is the energy battery charger with 110 volt capacity in the household. While 220 Volt for heavy components such as refrigerators and washing machines. By using 110 volt power takes about 8 hours to recharge fully. 220 Volt spent 3 hours.

E-Flex is a set of components that build GM’s Chevrolet Volt. This is based on the driving wheel electric motors. A lot can complement solar batteries, among others, biofel, hydrogen or gasoline.
Chevrolet Volt will be the first car to use this architecture. However, will not be one of them. GM had a plan to use the same battery and motor combo Opel brand from Germany as an energy car. It’s like the concept of Converj Cadillac, Cadillac, and Chevrolet’s future.
