There’s nobody know about the exact specs of Ferrari Hybrid until the company introduced it, but it will most likely unite a pair of electric motors with a lithium ion battery at the rear axle, along with Ferrari’s outlandishly powerful more than 600 hp v12 engine. Other fuel saving features will include F1 based regenerative braking tech’ – Kinetic Energy Recovery System or KERS and start stop capabilities. Ferrari Hybrid will increase its fuel economy about 30 percent over than their counterparts 599 GTB. In other words, Ferrari Hybrid will go 12 mpg (the non hybrid go about 9 mpg).

Ferrari Hybrid – The Fastest Eco Cars

The myth that hybrid cars only coming in small, slow, and stripped down cars are over. Since Ferrari Hybrid comes with Ferrari performance, the green super car using hybrid or electric car tech’ is become reality. Hybrid or electric car, but with Ferrari like performance. Wow!! Amazing!

Actually nobody expect that Ferrari Hybrid will save the earth from global warming, but this movement will declare that the echoes of the green theme are good and user friendly. And these movements also tell us the sign of the improvement of green technology rather than environmental issues.

Reports of Ferrari Hybrid’s testing first surfaced in June 2009, but nobody know of the details. Ferrari’s plans to decrease carbon emissions have been making news for the recent times, mainly due to Europe’s resolution to reduce carbon emission and emissions standards in 2012. Still, it is unclear what method Ferrari or other ultra luxury sport brands will take. Hybrids are just one of the options besides electric cars, biodiesels, biofuels, and hydrogen.
