The Mazda Ibuki hybrid sport car is built upon a 16 valve MZR 1.6 liter DOHC inline 4 cylinder engines. Its electric motor supplies additional power. Mazda Ibuki provides torque for speed-up from a stand still. The engine will shut down automatically when the car comes to a sustained stop to save fuel. With its regenerative braking system, the batteries are automatically recharged while decelerating.

Eclipse Hybrid Sports Car
This hybrid car sport is a radical new 2 seater sports hybrid coupe from Mitsubishi featuring a parallel hybrid motor, futuristic interiors, and glass roof. Eclipse has an all wheel drive system in which parallel engines supply energy on both the axles. With Mitsubishi advance technology, Eclipse can get power even while changing gears.
Underneath the hood is a 3.8-liter V6 with the E-Boost system which offers additional torque. Considering the 200 odd horsepower that the E-Boost produces, the total power output of the car is 470 hp.

The Subaru B9 Scrambler sports hybrid car has a symmetrical all-wheel-drive system and variable-height air suspension with automatic self-leveling. This sport car hybrid has a gas powered engine and a hybrid engine. The gas engine is turned up when the charge drops below a certain level. At the same time, Subaru also acts as a generator.
Extra power, when needed, is supplied by a 2.0-liter SOHC flat-4 engine.
