Porsche are getting into the hybrid market with introduction their luxury hybrid –Porsche Cayenne SUV. This luxury hybrid sits around $93,700. This will probably not be the only hybrid that Porsche will develop. Porsche will offer another sedan line after the Cayenne.
Mercedes
Mercedes is planning on bringing their luxury hybrid in 2009. But this hybrid will not be cheap. Their S-Class car estimates are already starting cost between $127,000 – $195,000. Don’t be surprised if this hybrid goes over that $195,000 because hybrids tend to be more expensive overall.
Toyota, Ford, and Volkswagen have a hybrid available too. Toyota and Ford both have models on the lots and Volkswagen also begins producing hybrid car. I think every car manufactures are constantly adding to the product line and rolling out new models every year. Give a little bit of patience to yourself and you will be able to find the perfect hybrid for you. Hybrids are the way of the future and there will more on the road as the years go by.
